This weapon is only available to those who backed Star Citizen and Shroud of the Avatar at the $40 Adventurer level or higher on Kickstarter. The item is listed on the Q4 2021 Progress Tracker, so we’ll have to wait until we get closer for more information

In October 2021, the back-end tech is being started by Engineering(1) and is estimated to take 5 weeks to complete. This is only the first steps for implementation so more updates will come as the year progresses.
