NPCs
For sync and performance improvements, we added a couple resources that reduce the amount of NPCs that spawn as well as what type of NPCs spawn. This is a continuation of the shop resource we added that puts various peds in.
Damage
Blackout - Knockout
When you take damage, you'll lose health. Depending on where you're at, what you're doing, and what you're wearing, you can experience blackouts or completely knocked out.
Health
RPDeath - AI Mechanic
When you zero out, you won't respawn. Pretty simple. But we want a way for you to revive yourself, so you can call an AI Medic. Then we added a doctor for your car.

Development Markers
Log 6 covers a couple simple system changes to the city. Limiting the number of NPCs rendered, which NPCs should be rendered, how you take damage, what happens when you take damage, and a new car. The NPC adjustments should help with performance; time will tell.
NPC Control
Limit the number of NPCs that spawn on the road (and parked), while maintaining a medium balance to the variety that spawn on the sidewalk.
Knockout
To add some excitement to fighting, we added in some combat effects. Keep your guard up. If you get hit with the right punch or object, you'll get knocked out.
Blackout
Driving a bit reckless? When you hit something, or get hit, you have a chance of blacking out.
RPDeath
This is a simple script that prevents automatic respawning when your health reaches zero. For RP, it allows medical staff to respond if you wish.
AI Mechanic
When your car's health reaches zero, call a mechanic. With this resource, you can choose to have a local come and repair it for you.
